The Preferred Warranty program is included with your purchase, on eligible items, at no additional cost, covering mounting and diamonds up to .20ctw. It lets you know that whether you are local or moving, a college student, in the military or buying a gift for someone in another city or state, that you will find a Preferred Jeweler in your new community. A jeweler that fully guarantees the materials and workmanship of your jewelry, as long as it is registered, inspected and serviced at a Preferred Jeweler every six months.

Another benefit of your Preferred Warranty is that you will receive automated email notifications, 30 days and 14 days prior to your inspection due date. These reminders will help you to keep your purchase under warranty, valid and in good standing by visiting your Preferred Retailer every 6 months. Criteria for issuing a warranty varies by retailer. This is a Lifetime Limited Warranty on your item. Ask your Preferred Retailer if you are eligible for the Preferred Lifetime Warranty. All jewelry items purchased from us and delivered within the United States qualify for free shipping. Your order value determines the level of free shipping offered free of charge. We ship to addresses in the United States and *Canada only. *Please note that all Canadian shipments are subject to a shipping charge of US$50. *Please also note that FedEx® will not ship to PO Boxes so you will need to provide a physical address.

Shipping Schedules

In every product detail page we display an approximate order manufacturing schedule. Your order will ship out to you within the time-frame detailed. Depending upon the shipping method utilized, once shipped, your order will take between one and six business days to arrive with you:

  • For orders shipped via USPS® the shipping process will take between one and six business days.
  • Orders shipped via FedEx® Express Saver, FedEx® 2Day, and FedEx® Overnight will take 72 hours, 48 hours, and 24 hours to arrive respectively.
  • All shipments made via FedEx® can be tracked via the FedEx® website. To track your order go to www.fedex.com/us and enter the tracking number we provided you with to track your shipment. Please note that we do not offer Saturday or Sunday deliveries, so an item shipped on a Friday (even via FedEx® Overnight), will not arrive on Saturday, but the following Monday

Expedited Shipping

If you need to expedite the free shipping method offered with your order, you can do so during the order checkout process. Shipping To An Alternate Address

We understand that jewelry is often purchased as a gift for someone else, and that it may not be desirable / convenient for us to ship to the address associated with your credit card. For your convenience, we are pleased to offer the following shipping options:

  • Direct delivery to your home address / the address on file with your credit card company (providing said address is not a PO Box address).
  • Delivery to a FedEx® store / depot of your choice.
  • Delivery to our store location, where we can hold your item/s for collection at your convenience. Please note that if this option is selected, we may be required to charge Sales Tax on your purchase.

If delivery to any address other than the address on file with your credit card company is required, please specify this in the additional information portion of the checkout process.
